Entering into contract for our Photographic or Print and Design Services
PDMS Photography will need to collect basic personal data regarding you which does not include any special types of information or location based information, however, we will require names, addresses, telephone and email details.
We need to know your basic personal data in order to provide you with written details with regards to entering into contract. We will not collect any personal data from you we do not need in order to provide the service to you.
All the personal data we hold is processed by our and held locally, however, in the case of electronic mail, initially passes through our hosting servers currently located within the UK mainland. No other parties have any access to personal data unless the law specifically requires it and allows them to do so.
We are required under current UK tax law to keep your basic personal data (name, address, contact and contract details) for a minimum of 6 years after which time it will be destroyed unless you are likely to be a returning client.
